The hotel had a good location, it was conveniently close to the airport and main attractions. the lobby and exterior of the building looked modern and stylish, which made a good first impression. Another advantage was the good Wi-Fi connection, essential for my business trip, which worked well in the room and public areas.
the staff were very unprofessional and did not pay attention to my concerns.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Some rooms offer a pleasant view, and the breakfast selection is decent. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy the on-site gym and spa services for added relaxation.
We had a disappointing experience with the staff who lacked proper communication skills and failed to provide satisfactory customer service.

Great value for money and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was also a plus point as it was very close to the city center and all major attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. the hotel had a fitness center and swimming pool which was a bonus.
The staff at the front desk could have been more helpful in resolving the issue and communicating with us. The noise levels in some rooms were also quite high, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
